Liberty Township Fire Department is dedicated to keeping up with the ever changing world of rescue by providing the advanced training, techniques and equipment needed to meet the demands of today and tomorrow.
Liberty Township is protected everyday by rescue technicians certified in accordance with NFPA 1601. This certification goes above and beyond the required firefighter and paramedic certification which enables them the capabilities of performing technical rescues such as: Advanced Auto Extrication, Trench Entrapments, Structural Collapse, Confined Space, High Angle/Low Angle Rope Rescue, and Water/Swift Water Rescues.
